The Hummingbird
This enchanting little hummingbird is easier than it looks and that is a promise from 3 time author Linda M Poole. Her glue stick appliqué technique is fun, easy and stress free for beginner to advanced appliquers. You'll be very surprised at how much you "will" get done by the end of class and will be going home with a positive experience and ready to finish this piece, if you haven't done so in class!

Kit includes:
- Freezer paper patterns with pre-drawn designs (5 sheets)
- Step by step Photo Instructions
- Appliqué Needle
- Water Soluble Glue Stick
- Photograph of The Hummingbird pattern
- Project Bag
- specialty toothpicks
What you will need to bring:
- Thimble if you use one
- Fabric cutting Scissors
- Paper cutting Scissors
- Masking Tape
- Small Trash Bag
- Sewing thread to match fabric
- Water soluble blue marker
- 22”x22” Light colored background fabric
- Scraps or fat 1/8ths for fuschias leaves and bird
- One small scrap of black fabric for eye and beek.
- (All fabrics should be pre-washed)
- Washcloth inside of plastic baggie
