Student should bring iron and ironing surface, basic sewing supplies.

• Bird house Applique Pattern
• 1 UHU water soluble glue-stick
• Special lil' Toothpicks
• Ready-to-go Pre-drawn pattern on Freezer Paper
• Instructions
• Color Photo
• Fusible Bias Tape for rope and Birdhouse trim
• Black floss for Bird feet

What you will need to bring:

• Background Sky Pieces:
• Pre wash 1 half yard of very Light Blue Print cotton fabric
• Pre wash 1 half yard of White print cotton fabric
• Tree: Pre wash 1 fat eighth of darkish brown cotton fabric.
• Bird House
• (1) 10" x 10" Dark Brown cotton fabric for Bird House hole and roof trim
• (1) 10" x 10" Med Brown cotton fabric for Birdhouse Roof and perch
• (1) 10" x 10" cotton fabric for Birdhouse front
• (1) 10" x 10" cotton fabric for Birdhouse side
• Birdie
• Scrap of Yellow cotton fabric for beak
• (1) 6" x 6" cotton fabric of your choice for bird body
• (1) 6" x 6" cotton fabric of your choice for bird Tail and wings
• Applique needles
• Notebook size cardboard for gluing surface. Thread to match your fabrics
• Paper scissors, fabric scissors
• Rotary Cutter, Ruler and Mat
• Pencil
• Iron and Ironing surface
• Your basic sewing supplies
• A lunch baggie with a pre-moistened washcloth inside
• Enthusiasm

Guild or Show Coordinator: Sewing Machines needed to piece the background unless decided to not have a pieced background.
